A document-analysis service, not a law firm. That distinction is not a disclaimer we bury in a footer; it determines what we can honestly do for you.
What we do well: reading a dense document accurately and telling you what it says, including which parts we are not sure about. What we do not do: tell you whether the examiner is right, or file anything on your behalf.
Why this exists
The gap we set out to close is the first hour. Someone receives an Office Action, cannot tell how serious it is, cannot work out the deadline reliably, and cannot get a straight answer about cost without booking a consultation. That is a bad position to make decisions from, and none of the information needed to fix it is secret.
So the first thing we do is free, requires no account, and returns facts rather than a sales conversation: what the document says, when the reply is due, and what a response would involve. If it turns out you do not need professional help, we would rather say so than sell you something.
How we work
Every fact we report about your document carries the page it came from, so you can check it.
Where automated analysis is uncertain, we mark it uncertain rather than presenting a confident guess.
A person reviews automated output before it reaches you.
Deadline calculations are deterministic and show the rules they applied.
Your document is stored privately, is never published, and is deleted on request.
